Amman Mini Box Park – Abdoun
Amman Mini Box Park aspires to bring a unique sense of cohesive urban domain through merging commercial and recreational spaces.
The Mini Box Park focuses on employing similar techniques used in UK, USA, and UAE by reusing shipping containers or even integrating them into the building design to provide areas suitable for retail and F&B potential investments.
The location:
The project is located in Abdoun - Prince Hashim St. within close proximity to Abdoun Circle, and it can be accessed from three different roads.
Automated Car Parking(APS)
An automated car parking system (APS) that provides parking for cars on multiple levels stacked vertically with an advanced mechanical system.
The APS will be utilized to transport cars to and from parking spaces (rather than the driver) to maximize the number of parking spaces while minimizing land usage and eliminating much of the space and time wasted in parking in a multi-story parking garage. While a multi-story parking garage is similar to multiple parking lots stacked vertically, an APS is more similar to an automated storage and retrieval system for cars.
The location:
The locations of the automated parking system will be strategically chosen such as highways entering Amman, close to Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) stations and in highly dense commercial areas to relieve congestion in the rapid zones and provide a cheaper option for long term parking.
Banking District – Abdoun
A contemporary and prominent banking complex which offers exclusive banking experience to clients in a modern environment.
The Banking District will be a hub for banks where technology solutions will be offered for customers through a digital interaction space to engage with customers. A smart offices area will be available to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship.
The location:
A developed prime rectangular shaped piece of land that poses a great commercial value to major banks. It will be located in Abdoun – Cairo Street, within close range of Abdoun Circle where it intersects with Prince Hashim Street. The surrounding area has several important bank branches, and the land itself is adjacent to Al Ahli Bank and Citi Bank.
Exhibition Center – Airport Road
An exhibition center that includes interactive indoor and outdoor spaces, theaters and conference rooms in addition to temporary and permanent exhibition spaces.
Absorbing change and promoting interactive spaces, galleries and exhibitions where public events and national celebrations can be held.
The location:
The area is aligned directly along the Airport Road, it is surrounded by residential areas from the north while the remaining surroundings are vacant lands. It is located in close proximity to Ghamadan Parks and the International School of Choueifat.
Motor City – Al Madouna
A mini “Motor City” that accommodates used and brand new car dealers in Amman.
The Motor City will be fully integrated with supporting facilities and will directly connect the customers to a variety of car showrooms and related facilities. The main objective is to establish a unique trade hub with flexibility and modularity in space by providing a one-stop-shop to finish all sale/purchase, ownership transfer and license transactions in the same location.
The location:
The project is located in Al Madouna - southeast of Amman, at a prime location in close proximity to the intersection between Amman Development Corridor (ADC) and Al Madouna road. The two roads are vital in connecting the different districts of the city; the ADC directly feeds into the Airport Road, and Al Madouna road passes along the edges of the residential districts in southeast of Amman.
Recreational Touristic Project – Ghamadan Area
A huge complex construction that accommodates recreational facilities catering to a wide range of entertainment amenities.
The site will be segmented into three connected projects: an Amusement Park, a hospitality “Hotel” and a Convention Center to host events and conferences.
The location:
The complex is located on the Airport Road, at a convenient distance of 13 km from the 7th Circle. It is strategically surrounded by the King of Bahrain Kingdom Forest, Dunes Club and Magic Land which makes it a cluster for entertainment facilities for the residents of Amman.
Smart on-Street Parking
An on-street parking solution combined with a parking sensor, which makes the smartest parking system for city parking management.
The parking sensor can detect car parking status and send data to the management center. The parking meter is used to collect money in exchange for the right to park a vehicle in a particular place for a limited amount of time. Parking meters can be used by municipalities as a tool for enforcing their integrated on-street parking policy, usually related to traffic and mobility management policies. Additionally, it can also be used for generating revenue.
The location:
The smart on-street parking will be positioned on congested streets and short term parking needs streets due to the complex crowded nature of these streets, to eliminate the random parking and decrease congestion.
The Investment Corridor – Abdoun
The Investment Corridor is a multi-phase, mixed use development project that will generate a property of residential, commercial, medical/healthcare, recreational and other uses.
This project aims to develop a planning and urban design strategy for various integrated land uses with its required services, tailored to distinctly fit the site’s unique geographical position. The project includes developing a Master Plan in order to establish a development program that is well adapted to the site’s topography and irregular boundaries while meeting the project requirements from an investment viewpoint.
The location:
The project is located in the heart of Amman at a prime location and in close proximity to the diplomatic and commercial hub of Abdoun. The site extends along Abdoun Corridor which is one of the main urban transportation corridors of Amman and ends up with Prince Hashim Intersection.
